Summary: Nice sewing machine, but not so durable
Comment: I like this sewing machine OK. It is fun, cute, and it comes with fabric, directions, and string. The directions are basicly precise, but it can sew very few types of fabric. If the string somehow gets out it is a little hard to put back on, and the spool dosen't hold very much string. Overall, it is pretty good for beginners, fun, and good if not using heavy or thick sewing material.

Comment: I purchased this machine as a gift for 6 year old girl. It performed well, she was easily shown how to use it and uses it with supervision. I don't know the durability, but do sew and it appears to be easy to use and adjust.

Comment: Although the sewing machine is very light weight, it comes complete with adapter, presser foot, and anything one would like to use to sew with plus the storage box. I purchased it for my eleven year old great granddaughter and feel she could of used a heavier weight sewing machine. I will probably take it on road trips for mending purposes as well.

Summary: Simple starter machine
Comment: I was concerned about this product due to some of the other reviews. We have had no troubles with it so far. It is plastic and so I think it won't be very durable over time, but for a starter machine I think it's great. I do think the instruction book needs better explanations; it is not very clear and for someone who may not know sewing or sewing machines could have issues. I love the pink case with all the little extras that came with it and my daughter is excited to make things with it.

Comment: We've had problems with the bottom bobbin popping out of place and blocking the needle. It's a very delicate toy and the construction may not be the best.
